A tribute to all the mothers who braved adversity -- MAMA reflects their unwavering love, determination, and resilience. I wrote this film to show the world the multifaceted beauty of the Filipino mother. By weaving historical, cultural, and contemporary elements together, I hope to offer a fresh perspective on maternal love, honoring these extraordinary women with a creative piece of gratitude.
